COVID-19 has made it very obvious that the Trump Administration is in no way equipped to deal with a national pandemic. So, let's make a change in November 2020!We've done amazing work so far. Our volunteers have sent out over 5,000 Reclaim the Vote postcards to people in battleground states to make sure they can vote in the 2020 election. In light of the statewide stay at home order, we are adapting! We have a new activity that you can do from home without putting yourself or others at risk, and still work to restore democracy. Many of you will remember that in December and January we sent voter registration letters with VoteFwd. VoteFwd is now preparing to send nearly a million Get Out the Vote reminder letters to voters in states across the country for November, emphasizing the importance of remembering to vote. It takes a long time to write a million letters, so you will be writing them now and holding on to them for several months. We'll use this "stay at home" time to prepare for a Democratic victory!

1) To participate, fill in this google form:https://forms.gle/ah4hvne8nkPMpzte72) After you fill in the google form, you will need to visit the the VoteFwd website:https://votefwd.org/. Click the green button and sign up to send letters. You will then download and print a set of 20 letters to write and send. We are focusing on Florida, North Carolina or Ohio.

Once you have your letters printed join us on Monday night at 7 PM, and we can all do our letters together!

What if you don't have a printer at home?If you do not have a printer, please reach out to david@jalsaimpact.org and we can make arrangements for a different project using the mail to reach out to potential voters.Stay strong and join us on Monday!
